In other nine villages in the same district, the works are in full swing. Total roads will be rehabilitated in 50 localities.
In order to reach school or kindergarten, the inhabitants of Vălcineţ village in Calarasi district were forced to cross a road full of pits and boulders. At the Mayor's initiative, this approximately one-kilometer section was repaired, and villagers now enjoy good roads.
"Have you seen what the government has done to us? It is a good way I have a great deal of swallowing in. Lord, what was here before You could not stay in the yard How nice it has done to the retirees Now I have washed it I'm in a hurry, "a local man said.
"For the villagers is very good. - How was it before? - Very bad, pits, broken road, but thank you now", said another locals.
The hardest was the children who had to go to school during the rain or snow.
"You could not go to school, it was mud, and winter and summer only in boots we had to go to the hospital, you had to go to the hospital when you came back, you had to cheer, thank you to those who organized and who did," explained a woman.
"Now there is the joy of the soul, we have waited a long time and we are very pleased, not even the youth have so far moved through other parts, I am doing a business here," said a native.
Great joy for the village drivers:
"It's normal now. We want all roads to be like that."
"It's better now, thanks a lot to what it is."
The town mayor argues that this artery is the busiest as it leads to the public institutions in the village. It also connects with the neighboring village.
"I want to thank the government and the democratic party. A village with good roads is the future, it is a European village", said Alexandru Curmei, the first village of Vălcineţ, Călăraşi district.
