Government discussed State Control and permissive acts reforms

The course of implementing the reform of state control and the reform in the field of permissive acts was discussed today, during a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Pavel Filip. The meeting was attended by representatives of the State Chancellery, the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, the Reform Implementation Center and the Public Service Agency (ASP).
The prime minister said that the normative framework needed to optimize the structure and staffing of the authorities with control and supervision functions was promoted.
At the same time, the head of the Government has stressed the need to speed up the elaboration / modification of the Regulations of activity of the institutions with control functions, as well as the approval of the personnel states. In the context, the Premier requested these procedures to be completed within one month.
Attending the meeting was also the management of the process of implementing the Automated Information System (SIA) for managing and issuing permissive documents (the one-stop shop mechanism). So far, passports for the first 46 permissive passports have been prepared. The Prime Minister has proposed the gradual introduction of permissive acts into ISAs.
It was also decided to intensify the discussions on the platform of the working group with the participation of representatives of the State Chancellery, the ASP and the Electronic Governance Center, in order to solve all technical-level impediments.
