Children who will have problems with the law will be re-educated. The Government approved a document that includes a range of measures that the authorities will take against the children who have committed crimes.
According to the project, the children who can not be held responsible for age will be placed in guardianship.
The minors who commit minor offenses will be left in their own families but will be supervised by the authorities.
The document also provides that teenagers arguing with the law to participate in psychological counseling programs.
The project entitles parents to challenge decisions taken by the guardianship authority of the sector.
