Government endorses bill changing Labor Law

The Cabinet has okayed an array of amendments to the Labor Code meant to improve the entrepreneurial environment.
The employers will not have to present data on their employees to the Labor Inspection, neither make special permit for access into buildings.
Issuing employment orders becomes optional.
The contracts with foreign citizens will have a determined time period so that they may easier get work permits.
The draft stipulates it as a severe offense if the employee doesn’t respect the company confidentiality, the safety and security standards and the refusal to undergo medical examination.
The bill will be submitted to the Legislature.
