The Cabinet of Ministers approved the modifications of the law regarding making the judges more responsible. The project of law is a small reform of the justice and it is an European condition for the macrofinancial assistance worth 100 million euros.

Also, the encroaches will be analyzed regarding to a new mechanism, that is simpler. 

The project of law was evolved for implementing the international recommendations that refers to make the institutions and the officials more responsible.

Also, the chief of the Government approved some transparent procedures based on choosing the candidates for judges.The candidates for judges will be appreciated by the High Council of the Magistrature. Also, the diplomas of the judges is compulsory.

What about firing the judges procedure will be decided by other judges. 

Pavel Filip mentioned that the cooperation with the Parliament is necessary for approving this project till the end of the spring-summper session.

"These projects are very important and we want to implement these till the end of the spring-summer session", said the prime minister.
