Moldova exceeded the United States and Romania in the rank regarding the efficiency of the Government and ranked 36. The conclusion was made in common with the American Gallup institute and Romir Russian holding.

The residents of many countries were urged to reply to some questions regarding the efficiency of the Government and its activity. The rank was established by people's replies.

The leader of the top is Filipinos, while the second place was taken by Vietnam, while India ranked last. Romania ranked 39 and the USA 41, Ukraine ranked 44 and the last in the tops are Croatia, Japan and Lethonia.

The questioners were realized between November and December of 2017. Totally, there were questioned 54 thousand people from 52 countries.
