In order to revive cinema industry of Moldova and to promote products in international markets, Moldova government has made a landmark decision - to allocate almost 8 million lei to finance domestic film production as well as boost the development of National Center for Cinematography.

The winners and the list of films to be cast in 2017-2018 will be announced today.

This is the first time in the past 10 years that Moldova state has decided to invest such money in movie industry.
