Government wants to take 410 thousand USD from World Bank for "Transparent energetic market" project

The Minister of Economy and Infrastructure announced they will evolve negotiations to gain a grant for the " A transparent Energetic Market".
To realize these measures, a sum of 410 thousand USD is required, announced INFOTAG. Recently, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the decision regarding the Agreement with the International Association for World Bank Development.
The grant will be divided to make a feasibility survey (351 thousand USD), to develop the capacities of the state company, Moldelectrica (41 thousand USD) and manage the grant's audit (18 thousand USD)
"The Agreement is determined to prepare implementing the interconexion project of the energetic system of Moldova and Romania, that will permit to create a transparent energetic market in Moldova and help it integrate on the electricity market from the EU", said Chiril Gaburici, the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure.
The project costs 270 million Euro.
