Ministers will examine today the implementation of the First House 2 Program, meant for public servants. The Government will examine today a document foreseeing the way compensations will be offered to public servants.

According to the project, the cost of the house eligible for compensation can be no more than 600 000 lei. The mortgage loan will be offered for a period of maximum 25 years. The state will pay half of the mortgage, while beneficiaries will have to pay the other half and rates. 

At the moment, people can apply to the First House program, citizens under 45, with official employment and no other mortgage loans are eligible.
