Great concert organized on Romanian Language Day in Capital
The National Romanian Language Day was celebrated in the center of the Capital, at a concert. Artists as Tania Cerga, Advahov brothers, Natalia Gordienco, Zainaida Julea and Cristofor Aldea-Teodorovici performed on the stage. Also, Eugen Doga and Mariana Bulicanu soprano made a great show.
People danced till the midnight.
At the event came people from all over the country, but also foreigners who also speak Romanian. One of them is Sarah Jordane from Congo. The young studies in Moldova.
"It is my first experience today. I like it.- Many Moldovans don't speak Romanian. -What do you think about it? -It is a pity for them, they should know the language of their country", said Sarah Jordane from Congo.
The national artists sang folk music and patriot songs.
"It is not just a language, it is a nation. This language unites us", said Eugen Doga, composer.
People not only danced, but also sang.
The Moldovans say that the Romanian Language Day is a soul holiday:
"It is a great holiday."
Some of the people were talking in Russian, but it was not an impediment for them to celebrate.
The concert from the National Assembly Square lasted till the midnight.
