Great fest occurred in Hancesti. Yesterday, on the Eve of Saint Gheorghe, the residents celebrated 518th anniversary of the city. Thus, on the Sovereignty Square, there was organized a concert.

"The atmosphere is great."

"It is a great fest today, in Hancesi. I want to congratulate all the residents of the city."

Alexandu Botnari, the mayor of the city thanked the ones who support him. 

"Thank everyone who supported me in what I am doing. I want to provide the welfare of the citizens", said Alexandru Botnari, the mayor of Hancesti.

The guests of honor were Andrian Candu, the President of the Parliament and Chiril Gaburici, the minister of Economy and Infrastructure, who received the title of honored person of the city.

"I was born in Loganesti. Before I came here, I went in Loganesti. I want to say that when I was a child, Hancesti city was like a second home for me. Happy anniversary, Hancesti", said Chiril Gaburici,the minister of Economy and Infrastructure.

"After the today atmosphere, it is pretty clear that the residents of Hancesti know how to work and have fun. Happy anniversary", said Andrian Candu, the President of the Parliament.

At the end of the holiday, Irina Rimes sang and also there was a firework show.

The singer was surprised of the atmosphere.

"It is my first time singing in Hancesti, but I like it. Happy anniversary, Hancesti", said Irina Rimes.

Hancesti celebrated its 518th anniversary.
