A group of deputies of the Judicial Commission made a request at the Constitutional Court according to the circumstances that justify the implementation of the interim of the President of Republic of Moldova, to name the new members of the Government.

The request was transmitted to the Constitutional Court, to avoid the institutional pitching.

"We requested the Supreme Court to solve this institutional pitching that was generated by the President's refusal to name the new members of the Government. We hope this request will be examined by emergency", declared Sergiu Sirbu, deputy.

The Constitutional Court analyzes the request and will say the verdict.
