The number of adopted children grew 15 % in 2016, year over year. In figures, that is 116 kids were adopted, 18 more than in 2015, according to officials statistics. 

105 children found families in Moldova and 11 live abroad. Boys are adopted more often.

Now, 530 children wait to have a family. 607 of them have been adopted sicne 20111, 65 – by foreign citizens.
