The Court of Appeal will review the appeal of the deputy police chief of Hancesti and the owner of an entertainment center from the city. The two are investigated for murder. The suspects are under preventive arrest and say they are not guilty.

On June 21, three young aged of 20 from Hancesti illegally entered on the territory of a pool from Hancesti. The police and the owner came.

After the incident, the policeman shot a man. Because of the wounds, the victim died.

If found guilty, the policeman and the owner of the club risk up to 15 years behind bars or life imprisonment.
