A man caused a road accident and wanted to run from the spot.
According to the National Patrolled Inspectorate, the incident took place on April 12, close to midnight. Police officers came on Decebal Street in the Botanica sector of Chisinau.
A car hit a parapet, and the driver was drunk and aggressive. The man refused to present his identity papers and tried to run from the spot.
The driver was handcuffed. According to a press release from INP, police are investigating the case.
