Around 1200 people holding leadership positions of education institutions will receive salary increase to take a managerial degree. A decision on this regard was approved today by the Executive to motivate the senior management to professionally and reach their potential. 

The bonus for managerial efficiency will be paid according to the degree obtained from the professional attestations.

Therefore, 300 lei increase will be given for the managerial level 2. 600 lei will be for managerial level 1. 1000 lei for the superior managerial degree.

The cost to implement the project for this year is about 20.2 million lei, financed by the budget. 

Moreover, modifications approved by the Executive are also aimed at senior board members in financially self-administered educational institutions, namely those in technical vocational education.

They will benefit from the increase of the payroll grades, depending on the managerial degrees held: 2 successive classes for the managerial degree two, 4 successive classes for the managerial degree one and 6 successive classes for the superior managerial degree.

2.5 million lei will be allocated to implement this project for 140 senior executives. 

Furthermore, the document provides for the annual award for activity results for persons holding public dignity and civil servants from the local public administration.

It will be paid on the basis of the extra income earned by the local authorities in the budget year 2018. The amount of a prize will not exceed 3 monthly salary (function) calculated for November last year.
