The lack of teachers in schools and kindergartens will be solved by the higher salaries of the teachers. The Ministry of Finances say that the teachers whose experience is less than three years will raise by 45%, starting December 1. 

"The young who graduated Ion Creanga Teaching University can get employed now. Previously, the beginner salary was 4 179 lei, now they will have 6 067 lei", said Octavian Armasu, the Minister of Finances.

Ana Cazac teaches Romanian language and literature at a Capital lyceum. She is among the 750 young from the country whose salary will be indexed.

"As all the beginners, I need a place to live and additional incomes. This is great that the salary will be indexed", said Ana Cazac, teacher of Romanian language and literature.

According to the Ministry of Education, the state institutions have a lack of two thousand teachers. Among the 260 graduates, only 78 are employed in the education field.

"We need teachers of Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Physical Education, Romanian language, Foreign languages", said Angela Cutasevici, state secretary at the Ministry of Education.

"Starting December 1, the situation will completely change", said Nicolae Chicus, the rector of Ion Creanga University.

Recently, the Government decided to index the allowances for 1500 young. Thus, in the first three years, the graduates of the universities will receive 120 thousand lei and the one of colleges 96 thousand lei.
