At the end of the last week, PSRM-ACUM Kozak alliance was created. Behind it stays Russia.  Publika advises you to check on how was the alliance created on June 7 evening, after Vlad Plahotniuc rejected the federalization plan proposed by Igor Dodon.

June 7, 12 PM: Igor Dodon held a meeting with Vlad Plahotniuc, DPM chairman and proposed the federalization plan of Moldova. Then, Dodon explained that all this was planned by Russia and Dmitri Kozak.

After they received the answer, Igor Dodon was at PSRM headquarter and attended the session of the Republican Council of the party.

June 7, 6:30 PM. Dodon talked with the press about snap election.

"You know that the Constitutional Court explained that the 90 days term where the new Parliament should form the Government expired. Thus, the February 24 election was validated on March 9, 2019 and on June 7, these 90 days passed."

While the socialists were confused, PAS and PPDA were optimistic, even though, they had just a few hours before midnight.

June 7, 8:30 PM, within a Facebook live, Maia Sandu said that he is waiting for the socialists and that they saw the decision of the CC regarding which, the limit time to form a Government expires.

June 7, 22:30. Natalia Morari journalist said, within the talk show that she hosts that Dmitri Kozak is screaming on the phone.

"I received this information from a source that I trust: Russia has a great pressure on PSRM. Everybody is afraid."

Then, our team caught PAS and PPDA representatives at the night negotiations that took place at the Parliament and proved that they are evolving Kozak's plan.

The first who came out of the parliament's building were the PSRM representatives. They hurried to enter their cars without talking.

"We discussed. Now we should check on what to do.

-What? Yes, thank you."

After the socialists, Maia Sandu and Andrei Nastase made a deal, on the second day, June 8, PAS, PPDA and PSRM announced that they are going to sign a temporary agreement.
