Hundreds of drivers receive reports and summons for violation of road traffic rules
Special operation on the territory of Cahul and Comrat districts. Yesterday, patrolling inspectors stopped cars to check whether drivers have paid fines after violations captured by cameras.
Among the many violations identified by inspectors were the breaching of rules of car exploitation, registration and disregard of signal indicators and giving priority to road crossing.
As a result, of the 810 cars stopped for inspection, including 230 with foreign number plates, 32 drivers were received reports for each detected violation and other seven received summons.
The action takes place frequently and aims to discipline and detect drivers who violate road traffic rules.
