Hundreds of pupils from Capital are badly fed. Canteens can't face big number of pupils
Hundreds of people from four Capital lyceums are badly fed, because the canteens are under repair works or don't manage to prepare food, because the number of children is too big. Miguel de Cervantes lyceum hosts over four hundred pupils who are fed.
"The previous year, they were giving us soup, porridge and salad. Now, they give us vegetables, juice and buns."
"Today, we received some donuts."
The canteen is too small.
"We are badly fed, because the canteen is too small", said Aliona Codreanu, the deputy director of Miguel de Cervantes lyceum.
Some of the parents say that they are worried about how are they children fed.
"Astăzi la școală ne-a dat niște gogoși cu zahăr deasupra și suc, și mere."
"The canteen should be repaired. The children eat unhealthy food."
"We take him back from school at 4 PM. He should eat something these hours."
The director of the lyceum says that the canteen can't be repaired, because of the lack of money.
"We will fed the children well, when we will have a normal canteen", said Rodica Postu, the director of Miguel de Cervantes lyceum.
The responsible of the Education Direction says that they are looking for solutions.
