Important investments will be made in the banking system of our country. OTP Bank Group is the biggest bank institution from Hungary and indents to invest in Mobisasbanca.

The group from Hungary and Societe Generale  has made an agreement already.

According to the law, in order to sell some actions, the companies need to receive Mobiasbanca's permission. If the transaction will be accepted, Mobiascanca will work the same as previously and the customers will benefit of all the services. The Hungary group has a 30 years experience in nine countries.

The previous year, Banca Transilvania bought 39.2% of Victoriabank's shares, while EBRD took 40% of Moldova Agroinbank's shares.
