Igor Dodon insists on signing the new agreement between PSRM and ACUM Block even though according to a Constitutional Court decision of January 27, 2017, 'the President of the Republic of Moldova cannot be member of a political party and can't promote the interests of a political party'.
Moreover, the state president says that his gesture will offer support for reform implementation and the agreement would be signed next week.'We found a common sense on a 90-95% range. I think that we are at the last stage of signing an agreement between two governmental components. Most probably this agreement will be countersigned by the state president, as a support for this reform's implementation', declared Igor Dodon.PAS Deputy President Mihai Popsoi shares another opinion. In a Facebook post, Popsoi wrote that ACUM Block will be able to sign the new agreement with PSRM once the justice, economy and social protection will be reformed. Last week, the PAS President Maia Sandu declared to would have wanted a at most one-year term partnership with the Socialists. More definitely was the PPDA MP Octavian Ticu. He said that the collaboration deepening with Socialists can seriously damage the ACUM Block.
