Igor Dodon president recognized that he didn't act on his own when he came to talk about the federalization of the country. He said that this happened according to a scenario, bu the didn't mention that author of it.

When being asked is this scenario belongs to Russia, he said "let's say it is my scenario", declared Igod Dodon within a talk show at TV8.

"TV host: Why did you talk about the federalization of the country with Mr.Plahotniuc?
Igor Dodon: It was a scenario.
TV host: Whose scenario was it?
Igor Dodon: Mine."
