Igor Dodon taught a lesson after requesting a ballot in Moldovan language
President Igor Dodon was taught a lesson regarding the official language. It took place right in the polling station he attended. Dodon was put into an awkward position by one of the section's employee.
The lady corrected the President when he requested a ballot in Moldovan language, claiming that they only have it in Russian and Romanian:
"-Would you like the ballot in Russian or Romanian? -Moldovan. -I am sorry, we only have it in Romanian. -Then give me the one you have."
Another incident took place at a polling station from Botanica sector of the Capital. A 63-year-old woman has ripped the ballot because she could not understand the question set at the referendum. Such act was also performed at Ciocana sector. In both cases police offices were called in.
