The president of the country says that the Constitutional Court gives him the legitimacy to dissolve the Parliament.

At the same time, Dodon declared that today they will sign the decree of dissolving the Parliament. 

"On Monday I will invite the parties to decide on what are we going to do further", said Igor Dodon.
