Igor Gamretki, the former chief of the Capital Transport Direction wants to come back to work. According to Dorin Chirtoaca, the suspended mayor of Chisinau, Gamretki even made a request to the Court on this subject.

Reporter: Are you going to return to the City Hall?
Igor Gamretki: I will think about it.
Reporter: Do you think it is fair that the instance permitted you to hold this office?

"As far as I know, he requested the court to be hired again in the same office. This is absurd. The instance will make the opposite", said Dorin Chirtoaca, the suspended mayor of the Capital.

Silvia Radu, the interim of the Capital says that there is no way back for Gamretki in the City Hall.

"I think that it is not right for such persons to take public offices, because they have already proved their attitude for the public money. We and the Judicial Direction we will see what are the procedures to prevent such an intervention within the City Hall", declared Silvia Radu, the interim of the Capital.

Igor Gamretki should have been heard within a new session in the case of Dorin Chirtoaca. This didn't happen, because suspended mayor's lawyers asked the instance to check the protocols of Nistor Grozavu and Igor Gamretki's hearings.

"The defense part makes different requests at each session. Those have a single target- to avoid a penal case. They made a lot of requests", said Dumitru Robu, prosecutor.

The next session within Dorin Chirtoaca's deal, who is accused of traffic of influence and bribery within the paid parking case will take place on February 14. Chirtoaca risks up to seven years in prison.
