Officers of General Inspectorate for Urgent Situations were requested to pump out water in basements of apartment buildings in several localities Ungheni, Edineț, Rîșcani, Anenii Noi, Ștefan Vodă, Soroca, and Briceni. 

According to IGSU, slashing rain destroyed many portions of local roads in Soroca, Căușeni and Florești. Initial data showed that 12 km of roads were affected. 

Hundreds of acres of crops were also damaged in Napadova, Mărculești, Alexandrovca,  Izvoare, Frumușica and Ghindești.
