In Moldova, for EUR20 you can sleep in hay
An agricultural resort from the northern village of Lalova, Rezina district, offers a rather peculiar accommodation. For 20 euros, the host invites tourists to sleep in a mow of hay.
The owner, Sergiu Hanganu, had got the idea of transforming the mansard of a rustic attic into a huge hay bed.
The rural boarding house is annually visited by hundreds of tourists from Moldova and abroad. Breakfast is included and there are 25 lodging places.
