In village of Manoileşti a Multi functional land was built by help of Edelweiss Foundation
Modern conditions for practicing sports in Mănoileşti, Ungheni district. There was a multi functional land built in just two months.
The area is divided into several areas where volleyball, basketball and football can be practiced. Space is packed with nocturnal, so athletes will be able to practice until late.
The local football team is just waiting to score performance:
"It's done after a very well-developed and well-designed project. For example, at the stadium we did not train, we could not train that evening that there was not enough light."
"We'll have a place to train, and we can go out in the evenings."
The inhabitants of the commune say they will now do more sports:
"I think it will be auspicious and the kids will be happy for everything they are offered.
"I'm going to come here with my friends, I'll play with pleasure."
"I like the field, I'm going to play football. Who do you want to play with? With my friends. But till now, where did you play? In the park".
Construction of the land was possible thanks to the contribution of several organizations, including Vlad Plahotniuc Foundation "Edelweiss".
"There were some costs that we could not cover, and the Edelweiss Foundation was responsive". We are young, developing and DEAT we want children", Valentina Grosu, Mayor of Măneştişti commune, Ungheni.
"I think it is our duty to support these projects and develop and have such land in every locality", said Ludmila Guzun, president of Ungheni district.
The kids invited Edelweiss representatives to a basketball game, test together the new given inventory.
