Moldova's industrial output rose 10% year-on-year in April, after increasing by an annual 7.2% in March, backed by strong growth in manufacturing, the country's statistics office said. 

The statistics office did not provide month-on-month comparison figures.
In the January-April period, industrial output was up 2.7% on the year, SEE reports.
