Within two hours, the drivers who crossed the Giurgiulesti - Galati, Leuseni - Albiţa, Sculeni - Sculeni and Costeşti-Stânca border crossing points received leaflets and advice from the officers of the National Patrol Police Inspectorate and the police officers from the General Road Inspectorate of the Romanian Police.

The joint work that has taken place simultaneously has the goal that each driver should be aware of the risks of driving far beyond the permissible speed limit and falling asleep.

The statistic data of the #INP shows that in 2017, on roads and roads in the Republic of Moldova, due to exceeding the speed limit, inadequate speed of visibility, conditions, road conditions, there were 719 road accidents, resulting in 143 deaths, and another 813 received various injuries. Also during the previous year, 209 road accidents were recorded in the territory of Vaslui, Romania with the involvement of Moldovan citizens, with 11 deceased persons and 355 traumatized.
