The interest rate that the beneficiaries of First House project have to pay will decrease. The data was presented by Ion Chicu, the general state ministry of finances, within an interview for MOLDPRES.

Ion Chicu said that the interest rate will decrease by 1,5%. 

The official also offered details about the money beneficiaries will receive monthly.

"If you take a 540 thousand lei loan, this means that each month you will receive 900 lei on a 3 300 - 3 200 lei interest rate. But, the interest rate will be lower by the time", declared Chicu.

"The State Budget covers the costs of the houses of some public employees. The calculations show that you pay for the rent 4 000 lei monthly, then it is more accessible to apply to the First House project", said the general state secretary of the Ministry of Finances.

Starting June 22, the employees of the public field can apply to the First House 2 project. Thus, the state will cover 50% of the loan.
