The International Book Fair, XXV edition ended yesterday at the International Exhibition Centre "Moldexpo", that took place during August 31st and September 4th. The works ended with awards granted by  the Romanian Culture Institute "Mihai Eminescu", Moldpres informs.

Although this year's edition was not a competition, ICR decided to grant five awards.

Thus, the prize for "Mihai Eminescu" poetry was awarded to poet John Es. Pop for "poetic works" volume and the prize for "Liviu Rebreanu" prose was awarded to - writer Horia Garbea "Prince Charming of the Month" novel. 

44 publishing houses from Moldova and Roomania attended the International Book Fair in Chisinau, which exhibited over seven thousand titles.
