The drivers who like to travel or need to go abroad can receive international driving licenses.

The document can be taken from the Agency of Public Services. The requests can already be made. The drivers only need to present their driving license from Moldova. It costs 320 lei.

"The document expires in three years. The Vienna convention was signed by over 80 countries. So, the cars can get involved in the international traffic", said Vladimir Railean, the deputy chief at the Agency of Public Services.

The document will include the same particularities. The drivers are glad about the changes.

"I travel a lot, so, certainly, I will use this opportunity."

"I need such a driving license to go abroad. Moreover, if the driver encroached the law in other countries, they are punished regarding their residence visa."

"I travel very often, so this is a great implementation."

"This is a great idea. For example, I live in the UK and I need such a driving license."

The new type of driving license was approved by the Government.
