Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure announced that starting today, prices decrease by 6% for trains going Chisinau - Moscow, Chisinau - Saint Petersburg, Chisinau - Odessa, while tickets for route Chisinau - Bucharest decreased by 4%. The changes are caused due to decrease of the exchange rate on the currencies: Swiss francs and Euro.

People traveling Chisinau - Moscow will now have to pay between 2054,50 and 1143,80 lei. Prices having decreased between 123,80 and 66,60 lei.

People traveling Chisinau - Saint Petersburg will have to pay between 2239,20 and 1397,30 lei. Prices having decreased between 135,50 and 82,50 lei.

A train ticket going Chisinau - Odessa now costs: 1st class - 157 lei, 2nd class - 149,20 lei, 3rd class - 141,90 lei.

Those who will purchase train tickets going Chisinau - Bucharest will spend by 27-24 lei less, depending on the class: 1st class - 658,45 lei, while 2nd class - 569,73 lei.
