After processing 90% of the protocols, Ion Ceban, the PSRM candidate for Capital City Hall thanked everybody who voted for him. At the same time, he challenged his opponent to participate at debates daily and present solutions for all the problems that the Capital has to face with.

"I want to thank my team. As we can see, we will have the second round. I want to congratulate my opponent for such a good result and to urge him to focus more on the problems that Chisinau has to face with.

I signed a public enrollment with many organizations of the civil society where I will focus more on the municipality problems.

I also wanted to say that I am convinced that this result is a prof of the trust that people have in me. It is a good result. I invite everybody to be active in the second round, that will occur on June 3. 

I advice my opponent to take a roadmap till June 3, starting Tuesday.

I want to discuss more than 5-10 minutes. If necessary, we can even debate an hour or two, in order to prove that we have solutions. This way, people will know the solutions we have. We should leave the geopolitics and the politics", said Ion Ceban.
