The election messages on the day of the elections are forbidden near the voting polls. The Parliament voted for this modification in final lecture.

According to the project, the article regarding the silence day from the Constitution will be changed.

At the same time, the new changed will be also included in the Contravention Code. Thus, the election messages within the voing polls will be punished. The punishment varies between 750 and 1.500 for the simple citizens and between 1.750 and 2.500 for law persons.

The draft law was voted in final lecture by 53 deputies.
