It's never to late to get your Windows 10

If you’re still on an older license of Windows, this is your chance to start off 2017 with a bang – with a free Windows 10 upgrade.
While the general window for a free upgrade ended on July 29, 2016, Microsoft is still offering Windows 10 as a free upgrade for those who use assistive technologies.
Oddly enough, Microsoft has defined “assistive technologies” in such a broad way as to include absolutely everyone in the game. As it stands, the upgrade license is open to anyone with a valid Windows 7 (SP1) or Windows 8.1 license.
