Moldovan security has been given to Russian hands which is enabled by the Kozak alliance ACUM - PSRM. Political analyst and Romanian former president council Iulian Chifu confirmed this on deschide.md.

Because, according to the Constitution, the order of precedence in the state is President, President of Parliament, Premier, so the coalition only took the third position in the state.
