Iurie Leanca, the Republic of Moldova candidate who runs for deputy office within the European Parliamentary has been to Cimislia and voted. He announced about that on a Facebook post.

"Today, me and my family voted.

My father is a teacher of Math and Physics. Since I was a child he was telling me that I am a Romanian. Even if he didn't regain his citizenship, I did it. 

I want to thank my parents, family and friends for their support. When I will reach the European Parliament I will continue to support all the Romanians from the both banks of Prut."

We mention that Iurie Leanca is the only politician from Moldova who runs for the deputy office within the European Parliament.
