Within a TV show, the US Ambassador said the publishing of Kroll 2 report is a significant realization.

"The publishing of this report is a significant realization. It is a beginning. Before any investigations, the name must be hidden. This can be an impediment for the future development of the investigation", said J.Pettit, US Ambassador to Moldova.

At the same time, J.Pettit said we require a big effort to finish this investigation.

"The first report was just a beginning. The investigation will be very complicated, because it is about money that disappeared in different countries and the transactions were made through different banks. We need a big effort to finish this investigation, that can take a long time", said J.Pettit, the US Ambassador to Moldova.

Also, within this TV show, the US Ambassador said he has the impression we are very close to the truth. 

 "I think that we are very close to the truth. Probably, we need to make an effort to finish the investigation, because it is about cooperation with different countries. There are some countries who cooperate very good, while in other countries this cooperation is missing, maybe because of the bank's laws", said J.Pettit.

At the final, James Pettit said he hopes we have a political will.

"I hope there is a political will in this country. The second report is a very important one for the investigation. We should be aware this investigation will take a couple of years", said James Pettit, the US Ambassador to Moldova.
