Jennifer Lawrence returns to red carpet with princess-worthy fashion moment
Its been quite some time since we’ve seen Jennifer Lawrence on the red carpet. In fact, aside from the occasional front-row appearance at Fashion Week, she’s been markedly absent from the scene. And yet today at a photo call for her upcoming film Passengers, she proved that she still knows exactly how to make a grand entrance.
With its L’Etoile script and motif, her Christian Dior cashmere-and-Lurex sweater radiated star power in no uncertain terms; paired with a tulle skirt, the overall effect was decidedly princess-worthy, according to vogue.com.
Lawrence has always taken a playful approach to her personal style and never shies away from trying on the season’s most fashion-forward trends for size, be that logomania, boudoir dressing, or Angelina Jolie–style slit dresses. Last night’s look certainly took the actress’s wardrobe in a more whimsical direction, without losing any of the casual cool that makes Lawrence so approachable; that glamorous moment all boiled down to a cozy sweater and skirt, after all.
