Justice interference: Court of Appeal Magistrates wrote a complaining letter about Gheorghe Petic's case

The Court of Appeal of Chisinau is categorizing the yesterday incident with Gheorghe Petic as a interference and direct pressure upon the judges which examine the case and also upon all country's magistrates. The court claims that Gheorghe Petic's escape has created an unprecedented situation.
Court of Appeal's position was publicized within a letter and sent to the country's leadership, Superior Council and Magistracy of Chisinau.The letter is mentioning IGP's negligence to assure the necessary order and security within a such popular case.
Requested to comment the addressed charges, the interim Head of IGP, Gheorghe Balan said that he is home and doesn't want to be disturbed.
