The Justice Ministry has made public the list of NGOs, which are liable to benefit from 2 % of the income tax of the private tax-payers, the so-called the 2 per-cent law.
There are about 500 NGOs, associations, foundations and religious cults.
The initiative is to back the non-profit organizations so that they should not be dependent on donors only.
About 40 applicants have been rejected for not complying with the rules.
The NGOs may benefit of the money if they have worked at least for one year, have no debts to the state, and carry out activities of public usefulness.
