The change of the state secretaries was made on political basis. These declarations were made by Pavel Filip DPM faction president in order to make PSRM-ACUM alliance give up on this idea. However, Kozak alliance didn't pay attention to this. 

"Why did you decide to change the state secretaries? Are you preparing for local elections?", asked Eleonora Graur, DPM MP.

"We are not preparing", said Sergiu Litvinenco, PAS MP.

"You said that the state secretaries are not honest. Tell us please, why do you think that yours are honest?", said Violeta Ivanov, DPM MP.

"It is very simple, we chose the persons who were involved in the elections campaign", said Sergiu Litvinenco.

"We consider that what are you trying to do is an attempt to turn these persons in political slaves", said Sergiu Sirbu.

"Undoubtedly, we will keep the professionals in offices", said Sergiu Litvinenco, PAS MP.

Monica Babuc, the vice president of the Parliament declared that due to this project, the new governance does not do anything else besides adjusting their experience for such an office", said Monica Babuc.

Pavel Filip president of DPM faction mentioned that the reform of the public administration was a backlog for the Association Agreement and the Government leaded by them took the responsibility to implement it.

"If any of them made any mistakes, then just sanction them. If you will change them, then Moldova will go 5 years back", said Pavel Filip.

"We consider it is necessary to change the law and bring professional people", said Doina Gherman, PAS MP.

As a reply, Pavel Filip said that the arguments of PSRM-ACUM alliance are only a pretext to get rig of certain persons. 

"W are in opposition and we are waiting for you to start working. You only destroy what we built over these years. You are only performing a cheap circus", said Pavel Filip.

Kozak alliance didn't take into consideration the arguments and voted for this project of law.
