Kremlin insists on harassement of Vlad Plahotniuc, the leader of PDM. The day when the anti-propaganda law was promulgated, a Moscow Court kept in place the arrest mandate of the politician. 

The preventive measure was established for racial, politic, ideology and ethnic hate. The spokesman of PDM declared that those information didn't appear by chance and qualifies those as political chantage.

"This is a clear chantage and political harassment at PDM address. It is pretty clear that this information didn't appear by chance, especially if we are in an election year", said Vitalie Gamurari, the PDM spokesman.

Recently, the General Interpol Secretary from Lyon said about the refuse to international search of Vlad Plahotniuc, at Russia's request.

The institution qualified this request as a political one.

At the same time, he asked the state members not to react to Kremlin's requests according to Vlad Plahotniuc, because the institution can't intervene in the political disputes. 

The press wrote that the case was opened after the penal fugitive, Renato Usatii complained at a Court from Moscow that Plahotniuc wants to get rid of him.

The lie was revealed after the supposed murder denied the accusations, saying he was in prison at the time of accusations.
