The last secretary of the Municipal Council of Chisinau and three advisers, detained for corruption and making abuse of the function. They took big amount of money from many economic agents, instead of making easier the procedure of renting certain grounds. The businessmen appealed to the municipal councils for the projects to be included at the daily agenda. The main character was Valeriu Didencu. Besides bribery, the last secretary of the CMC asked one of the economic agents to repair his daughter car.

''She had a deteriorated car and somebody promised her they will fix it for free. They offered her to participate at an affair of importing the cheese. She doesn't have anything to to with this deal, but they promised her 50% from the income'', said Eugen Balan, attorney within the Anti-corruption Prosecutor. 

The attorneys clued the scheme of the economic agents who owner of certain fields from the city.

''They were trying some schemes of getting a small fields, also, getting the afferent terrain, they were receiving the permission of constructing something on this ground'', said Balan

The attorneys presented some video registrations where the suspects discuss with the economic agents about the bribery they will give them.

The last secretary of the CMC, Valeriu Didencu and the adviser Oleg Onliscenco were imprisoned for two yars, but Valeriu Tirdea- three years detention. For the liberal democratic Ghenadie Dumanschi, the magistrates gave a year of suspension.
