Claus Neukirch, the OSCE mission director in Moldova welcomed the decision of Transnistria's authorities to annul the decree regarding Varnita village. 

Cristina Lesnic, the vice prime-minister for Reintegration declared how did they convene on this agreement.

"Varnita issue was always on our agenda. We have been there a couple of times and discussed with the authorities. We made a list of the good and bad results. As a result, Pavel Filip requested the Minister of Foreign Affairs to find a solution for this issue. Moreover, the local administration was more inventive when we launched a 5+1 meeting.

We are happy that today they gave up on this idea and we will try to check on the impact of this new reform", declared Cristina Lesnic.

At the same time, Franco Frattini, the OSCE representative in Moldova held a meeting with the vice prime minister and they made an agreement.

"We discussed on many projects and found out that the actors of 3+2 format should go in territory. Every time when a problem appears, we conclude that the best way to solve them it is to discuss", said Cristina Lesnic.
