The President of the Open Dialog Foundation, Ludmila Kozlowska, quoted today at the Prosecutor's Office for Combating Organized Crime and Special Causes, did not appear at the hearings.

According to the procedure, prosecutors are now to find out why Kozlowska refused to attend hearings. They said they were going to quote again, and if they were to come to the prosecutors in the future, they would demand that they be forced. 

Kozlowska is targeted in a criminal case with several counts, including money laundering, espionage, and illegal funding of political parties.

Earlier, she wrote on a social network that she is looking for a lawyer to clarify the situation, without specifying whether she will prosecute prosecutors in Chisinau. 

The lawmakers opened the criminal file following the report of the Parliament's inquiry commission. The document states that the Kozlowska-led NGO is also funded by Russian secret services. 

In Moldova, she had interference in internal politics through convicted Veaceslav Platon, who is also called the number one raider in the CIS. 

Similarly, the parliamentary committee found that those who benefited from the "Open Dialogue" are politicians Andrei Nastase and Maia Sandu, who previously acknowledged that they had paid trips to the foundation.
