Maia Sandu, the leader of PAS denies the accusations according to which she benefited of political consulting from Noel Boxer American expert. Also, referring to Zeppelin investigation, Maia Sandu says no foreign political consultant has ever helped her.
Moreover, PAS leader sued Publika TV for broadcasting this investigation.
"I don't know any person whose name is Boxer. Neither I or my colleagues have ever discussed with him. I didn't benefit of political consulting from a foreign specialist within the electoral campaign. We sued both Publika and Prime TV channels", said Maia Sandu, the President of PAS.
According to Zeppelin, Noel Boxer is a specialist in giving political consulting within the election campaign. He was paid by Veaceslav Platon with 12 thousand USD monthly, between July and Novermber 2016, before the presidential elections.
The journalists say that Maia Sandu didn't declare at least 60 thousand USD at CEC. The lobby and PR activity for Maia Sandu was made by David Zaikin lobbyist who was born in the USSR, but moved in Canada in 1990. Now, he is in a close relationship with Russian secret services. According to Zeppelin, the first result of PAS and Zaikin cooperation is the well-known letter of Maia Sandu written for IMF, where she requests them to stop funding Moldova.
